Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. During high-volume periods, processing may take a few extra days.
Domestic Shipping (United States) We offer Standard and Express shipping for all US orders. Rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected method.
International Shipping We ship to many countries including Australia, Canada, the UK, and much of Europe and Asia via USPS or DHL Express. Rates and delivery estimates are shown at checkout. Please note that customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient.
Worldwide Free Shipping Free shipping is available to the rest of the world on eligible orders and is applied automatically at checkout.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Lost or Damaged Packages ShopLivio is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we'll work to resolve it.
